What is a double factor spangle ????????????????? i keep on hearing theis term but do not understand! is it in any way related to a normal spangle (as in the reversed wing markings type) ???? and if it is a df white spangle can you get a df yellow spangle?? PS: JUDYDUN your bird is adorable!!! love the colour Somebody please correct me. A DF spangle is an all white or all yellow bird, black eyes with iris ring. You can breed a DF spangle from 2x SF spangles.

That's very interesting. No FM in cooler weather? I haven't bred any birds yet but i wanted to start late July early August. I will also follow your advice and wait until Feb/March for second round.

Just because there are idiots who buy from this site doesnt make it right! The poor birds must end up with their rear end feathers caked in poop, and what about the stress to the bird whilst putting the diaper on and off them. Dont some people realise owning any sort of animal involves cleaning up after them. If you dont want to be responsible and take on animal care dont own an animal or bird. Sorry for the rant but things like this make me angry. An animal/bird is just that you shouldnt try to humanize them. Phew glad to have got that off my chest feel better fot that now. I totally agree with you Bruciesmum. When i first saw bird diapers advertised on ebay, i thought they were incredibly cruel. When i saw this website it made me upset. Secondly, they sell leads and harnesses. To tether a bird in Australia, is illegal. Don't get me started on the outfits.

I regret getting Ned's wings clipped when i bought her 3months ago. I didn't know any better at the time. She is tame now but i don't think it would have made any difference if her wings were clipped or not.

How exciting for you! New pup tomorrow. Please show us photos when you get him/her. My dog is named Milla. It is hard to think of names but i came up with Miffy for a girl and Muttley for a boy. Good luck with choosing a name.
