  1. Thank you. What does 't2' stand for. Why is it a sky blue when the bird is green, yellow and white? Can anyone help with the gender? Thank you.
  2. I have two new budgies. Could you please tell me what gender and mutations they are?
  3. Very cute indeed! That is a very lovely photo.
  4. Yes   Thanks.
  5. That is a good box. How does Maggie get in and out? Jump?
  6. You have done a great job! I envy your talents.
  7. Liv, you have done so well. Congratulations!! I think your hen is prettier than the winning birds anyway. She is such a beautiful colour. Isn't that amazing - the one pair able to produce so much grief and celebration.
  8. Hey, Brucies Mum, it is great to have you here! I am so glad you plucked up the courage to join and post your wonderful story about Bruce. You have done so well with taming him and you are certainly reaping a wonderful reward. He may have felt that your hand was invading his space when he was in his cage. Letting him out when you did was obviously the right idea. It would be great to hear him talk. Don't stress over it - you will catch him one day. I must say Bruce is a very handsome little man. Welcome to the forum, Bruce! I hope we see a lot more of you.
  9. All the very best, Liv.

Awww! alpaca-boy, that is sooo cute! I love your signature picture, too.
  12. It is great that they have homes. Knowing about it will help you to hold them lightly, Kaz. It will still be hard to let them go.
  13. They are very beautiful. So innocent and sweet. Maggie looks great with them!
  14. Awww!! :bliss:
  15. Are you sure he is comfortable enough, Kaz?
  16. I cannot contribute too much to this discussion other than to comment about the feeding of raw eggs. In my lengthy career as an animal lover, I have had many a stray cat arrive on my door step. Some of them have been in appalling condition - starving, too sick to eat properly or groom themselves. My standard approach has always been to offer them some raw egg beaten in milk. That and human baby food was all they received until they were better. In short order, their coats improved and they moved to solid fare. In their own good time, they refused the raw egg. They listened to their own bodies. They knew what they needed and when. I never had one of these cats die prematurely.
  17. The puppies are adorable! Maggie looks relaxed. I expect nothing is too good for her at the moment, Kaz.
  18. Hi. Good to see you here.
  19. Excellent!!! All the very best!
  20. I am very sorry about the little one. I trust that Maggie is doing well and that she will be home soon to nurse her puppies. All the best with Tish and getting your work finished . I wish you a well-earned sleep when you are up to date.
  21. Oh, it is going to be a long night for you. I do wish you, Maggie and the puppies all the very best.
