I am just glad you decided to get back into rebuilding. Did the police get any leads? You don't want them back.

You can take them down and put wood shavings in. Take the chicks out first and put them in a deep bowl with some clean asorbic paper. Clean the nest box out with a scraper and then put the clean wood shavings in. Make sure you put the boxes back exactly where they were so the parents don't go into the wrong box.

Avairy on Ebay I came across this one looking to see what my avairy might fetch. They have 3 biders to date willing to pay over $100.00 for this junk. Mine should be worth $1000 by this standard.

That depends on the cage they are in. Can you discript it or put up a photo. Woodchiips are to hard. Wood shavings is what you need. They shouldn't breed with out a secure place to lay. Some birds have been know to lay anywhere. There is no guarentees that they will breed at all though.

It has gotin up to 40 deg c in my aviary and I don't want it to get any higher. I haven't had any problems yet but I don't want to chance it.

Well they should be either sky blue or cobalt. They will be carrying the greywing gene. Mum is a greywing and dad is split to greywing.
