hi , ive got 2 cage s almost identical to your cage . i keep no more than 6 budgies in each but personally i dont use these big cages for breeding . you have been given great advice already

if you are able to get your hands on some expanding foam called space invader try that ( you will need a corking gun too !). it flows into all the crevices and gaps and from memory it gives off minimal fumes if any and dries fairly quick too

there is an expanding foam available , i think its called space invader (or something like that) its fantastic for plugging up gaps as it flows and expands into every crevice and cab be used for quitelarge gaps . i expect though it might take the rats a few days to starve to death or suffocate though ! and then i dont envy you having to remove them either

well lachlan has just had his first birthday and he got spolit rotten so im hoping he doesnt get a repeat spoiling at christmas or i will have to extendthe house to fit all his stuff . weve bought a few educational toys to challenge him as he gets bored with normal stuff pretty quick , and my mother already has a 3 month old foal which he will probably get next year . hes not spolit though ! much

fair enough mb , they are only about $10 up here and 12 months ago i had about 60 . they breed as prolifically for me as standard bristlenose . best thing about bristlenose they keep the glass clean so you see the tank much better :hi:

oh i love this thread . brez was an abbreviation of my name that girls at pony club used to call me in my younger days and it has stuck . now all my family and best friends , even my wife use it still today . unless im in trouble , again then its just brendan !!!
