So they want me to mate with them? Wow akward...Maybe I'll get them a cock bird. The Pied one is really diturmined she contantly does that while I'm next to the cage, and Kiwi (the green one) Loved me in the first place. I don't know how to break them out of this or is it permanent?

the brothers are from two serperate clutches one is ten months and the other is 3 months. I have two hens sharing a 3 foot cage. The mother and Father of the chicks are seperated to rest Then Oushi one of the brothers does'nt really liek other budgies but I de like him too. Bailey the uncle has always been on his own since his hen died and Ollie the budgie I want to pair with his brother or uncle

I have two young hen(10 months old) And when ever I approach their cage and bend down to get a better look they both arch their backs with their heads in the air and make high pitched noises at me. If I slowly introduce the two brother who would I go by doing it. Or could I put an Uncle and nephew together. They are related by the father. But I also have worries about putting him in with the 3 month old because he is soo well....lets just say he mates with any thing that moves including me and even male budgie's. If anyone has any pointers pleasse say.

He looks to me that he's a yellow faced type 2 possibly and I think he's cobalt. Hope I could help

I wanted to put two of my budgies together in the same cage. I bought a large cage big enough for two budgies to fly with plenty of space and I originally wanted to put the two brothers together but they hate each other. I really want two budgies together in this cage. I don't like him on his own. So any way to the point, can I put a 3 month old male with his 10 month old sister? Without mating?

Nibbler and Simone look like cocks and Xena looks like a hen and I can't really see the others. As for mutations all the babies exsept Stewart who looks to be an opaline domanent pied. Are all normal domanent pied's. Sorry I'm not even one hundred percent myself. My two hens Kiwi and Toshi are mating with each other and when ever I approch the cage they both arch their backs with their heads in the air and sqeek at me. Are they asking me to mate with them!? I also think Kiwi is going to lay an egg. They live in a three foot long cage. It's two foot high with no nest boxes. Iv'e had previous problems with Kiwi laying eggs, she started this behaviour at three months and stopped. But now she's ten months old. I am maybe thinkin gof putting her down to breed when she is over a year.
