there are some breeders around australia that caught them in the wild years ago and have been breeding them ever since... I believe they have had some mutations occur but they get rid of them and the parents pretty quickly so that they keep the bush budgie look happening...

My lacewing isn't doing anything so I don't know whats up with her... maybe thats why he was culling her I don't know... Ahh well all will be revealed shortly. I got a Sony... I'll let you all know how it goes... I had convinced myself on the Cannon 1000D but couldn't beat the price of the Sony a200... I'm happy with it and have got some fantastic shots. Looking forward to coming home with some great pictures...

This truelly is a tragic. I hope all our Victorian Members are safe. I'm over in KL and trying to keep up to date with everything that is going on over there, I know a few people that have lost their homes, one girl that we know was over here and couldn't get in contact with her mother... she was petrified as you can imagine and she flew home early because her home was in the effected area's... not a good time.

well I'm on the look out for a nice Digital SLR camera, I figure its about time I upgraded from my current camera. I've so far looked at the Canon EOS 1000D, Nikon D60 and Sony a200... all nice camera's but I'm still not sure which one to get... Do you have a DSLR? if so which one and what do you like and dislike about it?

yes I found that out with Nevilles PM I should've thought about that... I was just thinking the spangle could be masking a couple of dark factors... but I should've focused on the df part I keep telling people my genetics is messed up!

MB sorry to hear that your son has to go in for surgery. Taumei went and got grommits done earlier this year and both my wife and I were worried. He was fine and it all turned out well. The surgeon that did it was fantastic. He really was great and answered any questions that we had. Taumei's hearing and speech has improved astronomically. I can't believe I am talking to the same boy. I am sure Alex will be fine. that he only needs one set.
