  5. splayed legs????? not really sure if that's what it was meant to be just a guess...
  6. awesome pictures again! I think I am going to have to try and put the birds in front of a clean background... I'm sure they still won't come out like that but hey it might work
  7. I brought the Lacewing home today as he/she wasn't doing anything... I am going to take him/her to the vet this week and give him/her a check up, just to see if everything is okay physically.
  8. do you want white or yellow TCB's? If you want to get some white TCB's you will need to pair it to a blue series bird And then (if your original tcb is split for blue) you will get some white TCB's as well as some yellow ones... I think that is right..
  9. They do a bit, I love their "pin feathers" its a great stage of their life I think... some people think chicks look ugly, I don't know how you could :bump:
  10. okay so me and Liv think 2 males... but what are your thoughts?? (No flash was used) Sorry Emma they arn't up to your standard maybe one day.. :bump:
  11. :bump: okay I was halfway through editing photo's for a post to ask... that's what I thought but figured I'd better check
  12. MB is giving the chicks some meds that the vet gave her, not sure what it is... they were pretty chirpy today when I was there, I took a fair few photo's but most of them were blurry as they were a little excited and bouncing around... I think they thought I was going to feed them... not a chance :bump:
  13. Looks like it was Canker, MB took them to the vet and he did a swab, She is doing the hand rearing (so glad I'm not) Like I said, hopefully the chicks come on and turn out to be healthy and strong. They were so cute today :bump:
  14. Well things have not gone well but hopefully they will pick up now... we lost the cock and the hen and now MB is busy hand raising these two.... and hopefully all will go well... apparently they were both split for blue...

  24. That's crazy... I can't imagine what that must be like... I have only ever been to the snow once... that must sound weird to some other nationalities...
