it is funny the places that will get to when you let them out. i only have two and it hard enough keeping a eye on them when they are out.it would keep you busy watching 9 budgies.

they are great pictures, you have a talent in drawing and i would love to see some of fantasy/mythological drawings.

i know the birds will not mind. i just meant i would find it weird being in a hearse. i did not mean it to sound insulting to your birds or hearse the way i wrote it.

i hope things go well in mandarah for you and the birds enjoy the ride. i think i would be a bit freaked out going in the back of a hearse.

i had cockroaches in my avairy so i sprayed insect surface spray around the outside of the avairy on the ground and it got rid of them.

i hope you get some cool weather soon, my budgies spent the day under their covered area trying to stay out of the rain.

it is so funny the way budgies relate to each other, i could spend all day watching mine play.

thanks for the web address, i will check it out. my 9 year old daughter and hyperactive 4 year old son love doing craft activities so i thought it would be good to get them to help me make toys for the budgies to keep them busy.

they look really great, i had never thought about making my own toys. i will have to give it a try. Are most craft materials safe to use with budgies.

mimi is a beautiful bird, such lovely colour

she is a very beautiful budgie, is she a dominant or recessive pied, i am still trying to distinguish between the two.

i had a male Tweety by himself for 12 months and he use to talk heaps to me and then i put Runt my baby male with him and he stopped talking to me but talks heaps to Runt. Tweety seems to be trying to teach Runt how to say hello. Some birds stop talking and some continue but Tweety is a much happier bird now he has a playmate.

last night i was teaching Runt to step up and he usually hops up and then back off again but last night because Tweety like to be with Runt when Runt got on my hand Tweety got on next to him. i know he only came near me to be with Runt but at least he came to me. it is the first time in a couple of weeks.Tweety follows Runt everywhere and gives he kisses. is that normal behaviour for two males. Tweety has been the only bird in the house for the last 12 months.He came into the house as a pet when he was 3 months old.

birds are so funny, they way they somethings decided to treats us when they see us as there mums. if my kids where behaving in the same way they would get in trouble.
