i will post a budgie with cysts in a new topic for you.

after doing research on fatty cysts because one of my budgies has two cysts on its chest, i have found it is not sunflower seed that causes them but they occur in overweight budgies so vets would discourage sunflower seed because they are fattening.as long as your birds get exercise sunflower seeds should not be a problem. i cannot give mine any at all because i have one overweight budgie with cysts.i got given the budgie and he was overweight when i got him.

i looked and looked but could not see a double yolk but good luck with the eggs and the hen is gorgeous.

they are cute cats,i have a grey tabby and she sounds like your Miss Mahria, we got her from the rspca when she was 9 months old and she does not like been picked up.

that is great news about Tralia. she may have been a slow starter but she sure is making up for it.

she is outside in the aviary and the weather has been changing so much. one week it is cold and wet and then the next week it is really hot.could the weather be making the moult longer.i would love her to finishing moulting so i can work out what her colour is.

i am just wondering how long does it take for a budgie to got through their first moult, Violet started moulting nearly 2 months ago and is still looking scruffy. could there be something wrong with her? she does not seem sick at all.She still comes to me when i go in the aviary but tries to bite my ears and back of my neck.

Merlin is very cute, he looks much nicer than mine do when they are moulting.

her personality has changed as well, she is always chirping and not as flighty.

congrats on number 2 and it is good Lily is looking after them well.

Louy is a beautiful boy,love the bright green colour

i have had Helga nearly a week now and wanted to show a picture of how much different she looks. she has settle down heaps and loves to mess her cage up.she has showed no signs of sickness but she will still stay in quarintene for a couple of months.i think she is enjoying a cage to herself instead of sharing with 20 others in a small cage. here is a photo of her when i got her this is a photo i took today.

she is very pretty and looks very settled in the aviary.

i used to have a problem with ants so i hung all my food containers from the roof of my avairy and because the ants could not reach the food they disappear.
