My Budige Starts Biting
I'm really glad to hear things are going well. Some budgies just don't like to be touched... but your progress sounds great. Check out How to post pictures. Hopefully this will help you. If we can get a good clear, close up picture of his/her cere, we'll be able to help you sex Gumpy. Good luck with the pics and let us know if you need more help.

Zeus Being Dominant
You have an awsome cage!!! Elly and Liv have given some great suggestions. With a little renovation, I'm sure it will work out... with the swing, maybe buy/make two (exactly the same), so they can have one each. Keep us updated as I'd love to hear how they're going and to see their 'newly designed' cage

I'm not good with that stuff, but congrats on the photo posting!!! It can be VERY frustrating when it doesn't work (sometimes photobucket is on the blink too which makes it almost impossible to do). She (I think) is very sweet...

Zeus Being Dominant
Sorry to hear about this... can you put them in separate cages next to each other. I know you said they get upset, but maybe it's needed for now. You could introduce them gradually. Allow them to have out of cage time together, leaving their cages open and see how they go. Hopefully one day they will be able to live together... but time might be needed before that is a viable option? I hope I have helped somewhat. Good luck and keep us updated. Maesie xxx

Hello and welcome to the forums. I hope you like it here. As you're new to budgies, I would recomend checking out our FAQ's. I'm sure you'll find some usefull info there. As to your beautiful Sunshine, I'm saying male at this point... but time will tell. I'm not sure of anything else though. Good luck and feel free to ask ANYTHING!

Hi There, Just Thought I Would Introduce Myself
Little ems is definately a girl!!! Their cere goes like that when they're in breeding condition... not that that means you have to breed her. It just means her body is ready to if wanted. You don't need to spray them weekly with mite spray. It's not needed that often. P.S. I'm glad you feel welcome, you'll love it here.

Advice Needed For Baby Chicks
I'm sorry to hear about your youngest. . The older one has a very big crop! Hopefully all will be okay for him/her. Below is a picture of my 18day old chick (from a few years ago) She's the one on top. Maybe yours needs some human intervention (if you haven't already?)
