Oh No! I am so sorry. Sometimes birds have a last moment of brightness when they are really sick. You did everything you could and I am sure she didn't suffer. So sorry

Urgent: Chick Not Eating
okay, I agree with Kaz and you should remove the hen far away so the cock doesn't hear her and he should continue feeding the chicks. do you have a photo?? perhaps there is something wrong with the chick that the parents dont like?

Urgent: Sick Budgie + Symptoms :(
Vets will always let you in. Tell them its life or death. Take him in a box with a few ventilation holes (even a shoe box if you don't have a proper carry box), and keep him dark and away from droughts while on the move. I really hope he makes it, but tar like droppings sounds like he is pooping blood which is a fatal symptom of mega. Get him checked today. Bash on their door until they see you. If his diagnosis is terminal than, my view would be, to get him put to sleep before he suffers any more.

Help With A Male Budgie
It can be a sign of testicular cancer too. You did the right thing in removing them from breeding, as they are way out of condition.

Another Sick Budgie
hand feeding anything by spoon is very risky. you will have to be very careful she doesnt aspirate. If you dont do it though i think she wont make it very long. Do your best. I am thinking of you and i hope she pulls through.

Urgent: Sick Budgie + Symptoms :(
I agree with Kaz. There are so many things it can be. Vet diagnosis is essential. Even if you did self diagnose, you need a prescription for the medications. Vets wont hand them out without an appointment. I would get him there asap.

Babies Half Hatching
Its called "Pipping Death". It is usually related to disease and/or brooding failure. Make sure the parents are no sick in any way. their eyes must be clear and bright. No staining of the feathers at all, and feathers must be bright in colour and be glossy. If they are not like this then there is every possibility your breeding pair might have latent Psittacosis. Brooding failure comes from over checking the nests, stressed birds or young birds that are not mature enough to incubate properly. I hope you can find your answers as any death is never nice.

Found Very Sick Bird
server scaly face will cause the beak to become deformed. The beak will need trimming. The beak and feather desease is simular, but if the feathers are not affected then i would assume the deformed beak would be souly from the scaly face. Photos will help greatly when you get a chance.
