I do the same like Norm with my Corn on the cob .. I feed my birds the frozen vegies too I do the same thing put boiled water on them and till they thaw out .. 1. Because all the frozen Veggies are cooked first then packed 2. Boiled water will kill of any bateria which may be on them ....

Hey Road Trip ....... Gotta love the road trips MB there is a CD or Tape that you can play on the drive back it has games and etc for the kids so it wouldn't be such a lonnnnnng drive if you know what I mean

Oh Deb, you gotta play the " I DON'T NEED A MAN CARD" You try to do it and and just ask him for some advice, every 3 - 5 mins adventually he'll gets peed that you keep asking him and he'll come out and do it LOL ... I think i played that card a few to many times with Dave as the last job ( avairy flooring) he just sat back and watched me struggle and had little giggles to himself ..... Led less to say that he made his own dinner that night LOL

Sorry to hear this Av, But i have to agree with Kaz on the ins and outs of so many different birds, I didn't say anything when you kept posting about more and more birds - I really hope that things pick up for you mate, and when it comes to costs and Vets bilss and $$$$ this is all aprt of being a pet owner Best of luck to you

Ohhhh Gross !!!! I agree with the warm salty water if you haven't got saline ...Until you get to the vet , Or call them and ask what should you do until you get there! See if you can Fax them a photo or SMS one over to them so they have a more visual idea of the injury .... Some antiseptic cream kept the wound soft and lets all nasties in too

heheh Thaks I love the look but after a while when there are 15 of those buggers wanting a feed it gets LOUD hahaha But they all have stopped now Just the other 5 in the breeding avairy are calling it's funny cause I can hear them at night from my room
