  6. okay, Mine are located outside, and Due to Dylan being a 2 year old Mischeif he can't come in as he opens the doors to the avairy Grrrrr .. I handle the bubs when he is Sleeping...So i have at least 20mins with them all. I check on them in the morning When Dylan and Tj are eating Breakfast and Talia can keep a quick eye on Dylan lol ... They also get a quick check in the Afternoon too , when dave isn't doing night shifts So I am okay doing what I am doing, I'd hate for the mother/s to stop taking care of them that is why i didn't want to bring the nestbox inside, or the babies - ( But i was thinking with Angels lot I could bring the older ones in while she is caring for the younger ones) ... I could wait until they were alittle older ( 3 - 4 weeks) and bring them and dad in side so he can still feed them and I can have constant contact with them??? Yeah?
  7. LOL, The only one that perfers them Crunchy is Mac, i noticed this too the other day ... He got fresh leaves and I have a bottle attached to the out side of his cage so they stay fresher longer, But he went for the dryer ones on the branches LOL, Fussy eater

  11. Me agian, sorry I am full of questions this morning I was reading a few members post whotalk about holding their chicks for 10mins each time they are handled to get them use to it and for easier taming? So my question to you is HOW? 10 mins a chick if the nest has 5 - 6 babies, that is 1 hour of holding babies? So, Do you bring the nest boxes inside? or stay out there? Can anyone shed some light on this?? Thanks soo much
  12. Hey All, I am curious - Most of my babies, Barbs ( BLACK STRIPES ON HEAD) slowly disappear. But Mac's are still there right from his cere. He is 4 Months old and a Dom Pied? I am charging the camera now so I will post a close up of him as soon as I can ... Any ideas thought?
