I Want One Like This!
LMAO Its funny you showed that picture I loved that budgie when you posted it on Just Budgies I saved her picture! I put her as a Desk Top back round! My reasons: It is a young bird, the color is always different in a young bird than that of an adult. Look at the throat spots and wings...they are not brown compare the eye to the throat spots. The eye is a true black color. Actually that budgie does have some blue if you look very closley on its chest, a light blue sheen hnm...Ill circle it for you guys Just something else I need to add I am an artist and do look at alot of photograhpy, the reason why the color of the budgie is so white is because there is light coming from the left side of the picture. The front of the budgie down towards its chest and feet is extremly light. Now take a look behind the budgie on the rump. It is the same color as yours!Your bird is not completely white either it has lots of Dilute grey in it . You also used a way better qaulity camera than who ever took that picture. You can see that the black iron bar the budgie is standing on has white light on it. That is from the flash of the camera which even brightens the picture more than it already is that is what the flash is for and dilutes the photo even more. First here is my Cinnamon Grey Hen Anibelle she is a Cinnamon Grey Normal and 6 months old: See... she is young her shape and size is very similiar to that budgie because they are both english....that one might even be the same age Im not sure. But that one is definately not Cinnamon. On my budgie you can clearly see the Cinnamon. I forget what that big COLORED throat spot is but see how on my budgie that longer throat spot is a Palid Blue color. On that budgie it is Mauve.... I circled the blue in this ones feathers, you can't see much but look very closely there is a small amount. Young birds look diifent than that of adult birds. They are always duller in color. How old is you Texas Clearbody Nerwen? I hope I explained myself clearly!

Tango, Mango And Lucky
AN ENGLISH! WOAH! DID YOU GET THAT FROM A CLUB MEMEBER! Can I have her (Laughing out loud) was it from Dave and Sue??? It is a Texas Clearbody!?! This is so not fair (Laughing out loud) :(Laughing out loud):

The Whole Flock!
Wow I love your Ressive Pied and spangle! Beauties! What is wrong with that Yellow Faced Type 2 Skyblue in th e second last picture! Her CROP is MONGO SIZED! I would watch out! Is she going to teh bathroom okay? Is the crop hard?

Howdy!
I have used vasaline it works awsome just don't get in inside the mouth. Hold the bird very still and take a cue tip, place a good amount of vasalien on the end and just run it around the mouth twice In a U shape LIKE THE SIDES and UNDERNEATH. Do not get it anywhere inside teh mouth or over top of teh nostrals. It is very thick and drowns out the mites and the scales fall off because of the moisture in the vasaline. It is ussually gone in 2 - 3 days of treament. Once a day is good.

Outcomes?!?!?
You wouldn't get Resseive Pieds from the second pair unless the cock was split for Resseive Pied. Spangle is Dominant I think so you should get a few blue spangles (all babies will be blue) because both parents are blue. What color blue would the second pair be? Skyblue, Cobalt, Mauve? Yellow Face is Dominant to Blue also I THINK I was just taught that by some oen on my other post. So maybe you would get Yellow faces...
-
My Big Babies
I think your little yellow is a Resseive Pied...Green Resseive Pied but that means both parents are split to Resseive Pied as well.

I Want One Like This!
No doubt about it! :(Laughing out loud): GREY TEXAS CLEARBODY

Just Some Of The New Guys N Gals
Beautfiul! I love the Cinnamon Grey cock! What a beautiful budgie! That one would go great with my Cin Grey hen! :hap:
-
Millet
I tried! It grew about 5 inches tall...the millet came out and it was like a 2 cm spray than it just dried off and fell and there were only about 20 millets on it :hap:
-
What Is He?
That Dominant Pied is beautiful!
-
What Is He?
I should have took a picture of the bottom of him...he has a few light green feathers and some skyblue feathers. This is why I think Yellow Faced Type 2 because Why would a Green bird have Blue feathers...the yellow face type 2 skyblues have green and blue feathers....This is one weird colored bird
-
What Is He?
Does he look like a young bird? What should I breed him to? Do you think that Dilute hen is good?
-
Joshua's Budgies
I would try to get another Spangle JUST like him....but you could maybe try breed him to that Ressesive Pied Mauve Im not sure what you would get....maybe Cobalts...
-
Joshua's Budgies
That Albino isn't an Albino I don't think so I would say a DF Spangle...it dosen't look like it has red eyes does it? If you look closely you can also see very very faint lines on the top of its wing...albino is a pure white bird with red eys. Your little Resseive Pied looks liek a hen to me... OMG did you breed that spangle! wow that is the MOST amazing looking spangle I have ever seen!Look at that Violet color on its neck! That is unbelievable! I would say your Spangle is a Spagle Opaline Skyblue because of that awsome color on its neck! that indicates Opaline and do you see the light v markings on its back? Opaline Spangle Skyblue. Sorry to bother you again (Laughing out loud) but I need more pictures of that Spangle! What an amazing budgie! What were the parents?!? Please more pictures (Laughing out loud)

Joshua's Budgies
Hnmm.....weird colored male but beautiful! Your hen is a Ressesive Pied Mauve...the one behind her is NICE! Is that the mother? Are you sure that your Pied hen is a hen? It looks Pink to me?Your male I'm not sure but I would say....Yellow Face Type 2 definitely but either a Yellow Faced Type 2 Greywing Dilute or a YellowFaced Type 2 Clearwing Dilute...I can't tell. The color is seafoam but could be skyblue. Ill let the experts help you (Laughing out loud) I'm new to genetics I'm trying to learn but I'm positive about the other one
-
Millet
Yes! I might try again but this time I will buy a grow light and monitor the humidity and temperature INSIDE :(Laughing out loud): In Canada its very hard to grow anything...includiong vegetables!
