I'm not sure what happened, it is still a mystery. He was fine the day before and eating as normal. His poops where normal and also he was not fluffy or lethargic. So true. I'm sad he is gone but will always be in my thoughts. It was hard to see Willow after l removed his body from the cage. When l came back to my room without Blueberry. Willow started to call out for Blueberry She is doing fine now.

I have some sad news today, I woke up today and went to uncover my birds only to find my sweey little Blueberry on the cage floor. His poor little body was still warm and limp, so it only happened a very short time before l uncovered them

Hey guys! It has been awhile since I posted any pictures of my budgies. I took some pictures today They have been together for almost 6 months now. They are getting along great together. The only time they do make a bunch of noise is not towards each other but to Sunny banana( my cockatiel that has a cage in the same room.) When Sunny talks a bit too much it seems like Blueberry and Willow will squawk at him it is funny to see Sunny's reaction to them. lol Okay as I promised here are the pictures, Lunch time Hanging out in the bathroom( these next two pictures where taken around 2 months ago.)
  8. I'm sorry for your loss
  9. I agree. Male or female they both can be a loving pet. Also even if you got a male, it doesn't mean that it will learn to speak, it might not.
  10. Hello Sweetpea your members name is the same as my siamese kitty It is nice to see that you have done your research on caring for a budgie. I bet you are very excited to find a budgie ( I know that is how l would feel.)Just remember that once you have found one you need to post a picture of the budgie on here, lol

  19. Hello, welcome
  20. Are you able to post pictures that are a bit bigger and more close up of the cere. it is hard to tell from the pictures since they are small. you can post them as big as 640x480. Judging from those pictures, it looks like a male but l'm not positive. ~edit~ after l zoomed in l can see it a little better. It looks like a female in them.

Oh NO not Bobby. I always enjoyed reading about him and looking at him in pictures. I'm very sorry to hear this , I'm shocked.
  22. Hi welcome to the forum Your budgies are nice. Your blue one is a male. In the future if you get another budgie. It is highly recommended that any new addition should be quarantined for at least 30 days. To prevent any illness from spreading to your current budgie(s). I'm sorry about changing your pictures to links but they where both over the size limit of this board. You need to resize all future pictures within the limit of 640x480.
