I know how frustrating it can be but i'm glad to hear that you are going to get the product.

It doesn't sound like he is sick to me. But I do know that they do and can hide there sickness well. I always say when in doubt it is a good idea too head out to an avian vet to check things out and see what is wrong and if sick. They can help treat him. If he is not sick it could be a behavioural problem.

I will say a hen, The cere has a bit of white on it.The cere looks like she is out of breeding conditon. When she goes into breeding conditon it will turn tan or brown.
