K, so my case is special then?!?!...(Laughing out loud) So what do you suggest nerwen for my curcumstances? They have been together alone in the bigger cage with the nest box for two days now, and they have only feed eachother once that i saw (for about 20 seconds), they sing A LOT to eachother, Ariel has been in the next box A LOT, her cere is starting to turn brown and crusty again, Chico is in his prime (VERY NEW, nice bright coloured feathers and nice pink cere...hes a recessve pied so his cere should be pink, (Laughing out loud)), and they are both good condition excpt Ariels cere is currently beige and not yet choclate brown. I really want babies, so im going to leave them alone together with the nest box, and see what happens. Is it common for the female to chase the male? Cuz Ariel chases him, but he only goes after her if she flies away from him like into the next box and then *** stick his head in the hole and sing more!!...HAHAHA.. Anyone?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?....i want babies!!!!!...(Laughing out loud) Kirby

So perfect for like 5-8 budgies....yet VERY CHEAP! I live in Guelph Ontario Canada, so i will have to e-mail them about shipping, but it cant be that much? I have a questions though! In Canada, our tax is 15% on all things right? But what about the US? If i were to buy that cage...would i only pay the American tax, but then the Canadian Taxes for shipping? My pair never liked eachother until today, and she did the 'U' already to him but he didnt mount?...they never feed eachother, never preen eachother, and to be honest, today is the first day they seem to like eachother EVER!!!...Chico is 4, Ariel is 2 *i think around these ages...i lost track now* Kirby

Hey guys! I have just written this down in my post under cages, but what do you think of theh fallwoing?: In Guelph, it is EXTREMELY sunny outside today, which is fantastic! And my brids think so too! My male Chico who is a yellow faced opaline recessive pied type II has never been interested in hens! Yet today, he all of a sudden has fallen in love with my white recessive VIOLET pied hen!!!....i just also noticed all her 'blue' markings, are in deed a very rich, nice, bright purple AKA violet colour!!!!!!!!.....So she chases him around the cage, then he runs away. When she flies back to the nest box, he chases her, sings to her, and she digs around in the wood shavings! She jumps out, chases him, then finally stops chasing him...then all of a sudden, SHE RAISED HER TAIL UP FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS and then like 5 other times aswell!!!!.....he did nto do anything, but im not expecting him to mount her on the 1st day that hes actually showed interst in her! So, whos thinks im going to have babies in spring???...I SURE DOO!!!!....They have been flirting ALL morning from like 8am-now which is 2:33pm in Ontario....im getting a headache!...LMAO! ps-what colour of babies would they create??? Chicos mom Angel was a skyblue recessive pied, and his dad Buddy was a yellow faced blue type II !!! They were both split to opaline since chico and his siblings were all heavily opalined, and he has every colour imagionable on him except grey! k thx guys... Yes, i DEFINATELY quarnteened Belle..for like 35 days i think..then let her in with other guys for a while.. Then moved her back alone to tame her better. I just put Chico in with her to let Kirby and Ariel to bond better. Belle is doing so0o0o GREAT! Even though Chico's in with her, she still steps up on my finger..and they had their first flying time outside of the cage together today..(Laughing out loud), of course they stayed on the curtain rod all the time..(Laughing out loud). As for breeding, no i will NOT be colony breeding. I will move the selected pair into the cage that Kirby and Ariel are in now, so that they can spend time alone, while others are off in the aviary playing e.t.c. I know it sounded like i wanted to colony breed, but i was refering to when i have just Kirby and Ariel in the future aviary i will give plenty of boxes for her to choose...and yes, i KNOW she likes the wood and kleenex in her box cuz when she emtpies it out, she flies to the bottom of the cage, and play with them, and even started to shed up the twigs, and put them back into the box..weird eh..(Laughing out loud) ps-Kirbys flirting with Ariel as we speak!!!..YAYAYAYAY!!!! thx Buddy UPDATE: 22/02/06 Chico and Ariel have paired up! I am sooooooooooooo excited man! They are: -Chico is a: yellow faced type II skyblue recessive pied...(about 3 or 4) -Ariel is a: cinnamon violet white recessive pied...(one and a half, twoish) Ariel has done the "U" shape with her arched back NUMEROUS times now, btu Chico is still a bit nervous. I have noticed that he gets closer and closer to her when she does it, and he 'tickles'her back with his beak. (While her back is arched, he sing to her, and head bobs her back, looks like he tickling her..(Laughing out loud)). He feeds her A LOT mo than before (ne never use to..hahha) and ive seem them feeding eachother about 5 times, PLUS RIGHT NOW...AS WE SPEAK!!!...YAY!..(Laughing out loud). They do NOT preen eachother yet, but he sure does sing a lot to her. Are my pair getting ready to start a family now?, or are they tricking me?... Now, she is in the nest box, and he is sticking his head in the hole singing to her....is that a good sign?....Im going to get the cage eterris is getting off of windycityparrot.com...the cage part is 32" tall, 21" wide, and 32" long, and with the stand its 59" overall. They will have A LOT of room to have babies in it hopefully!!!....and i cant wait to order it!
