  3. oh my god i am so touched, all your kind words really have helped me and jim along, feathers you have brought tears to my eye,so kind your words are, today is another great day for jim, as i came home from work this morning i could hear his whistle welcoming me home, he does this when he sees people approaching down the drive! so that was great to hear. he doesnt like taking his meds though, gave me a nasty look after that again. Its amazing how you bond with these little birds, i really cant describe how i felt on the 27th when i thought he was leaving me. Thankfully i can now look forward to the new year with my little family,Jim is a big part of it. and thanks again for all you help and kind words people, very much appreciated, as we say here in wales,"Diolch yn Fawr".......(thankyou)

  25. hello all, i have not been here to post for ages due to work etc, just checking in to say that Jim is still going strong,he is a year old now and i love him loads. His vocab is great, loads of phrases like "jim good boy" "what you doin jim" "come on jim" "quick quick quick" "hello" among others that im teaching him,his wolf whistles are spot on and cause great fun when people come around! he also has learned to imitate my laugh which is cute. and of course he is still tame,he just loves to hang around with me it seems. when we arrive home from work at night you can hear him chirping loudly from outside because he has seen us put up on the drive. Long may this fun last
