  5. I can understand your confusion about keeping an eye on her feet.. (Laughing out loud) it does seem weird considering her feet are at the other end of the bump.. But yeah it is something to keep in mind and keep an eye out for ... Im assuming your little one is still doing okay?

Beautiful birds Boom, im especially loving the door on the bird cage too, So big and i love how it opens up like that.
  8. I cant wait for more pictures Munchy has also discovered the joys of head scratches, he poofs up all his feathers and then falls asleep hehee.. And like Pud my daughters have likened Munchy to a Penguin because of how he sits up so straight and tall
  9. If she is having issues with her feet or legs it could mean some issues in her spine that she might have developed from such a big knock..
  10. Oh well thats better than a poop bag I bought Apple a fluffy yellow sleeping hut thingy for Christmas but he wont use it, maybe Munchkin will when he's older and added to Apples cage

"Doctors said the Kocyigit children had almost certainly contracted bird flu after playing with the heads of dead chickens at their parents' rural poultry farm." How disgusting is that..
  20. heheee Im still busting at the seams And to think i was thinking of putting Munchkin back outside and Lovey, they are from the same parents so yeah they are brothers
  21. IM SO HAPPY I COULD BURST! they LIKE EACH OTHERRRRRRRRR ..... Here is a little photo proof heheee.... Excuse me.. Who are you? Muahhh Nice to meet you Mr Munchy.. Well Munch im glad you came along, this sure beats spitting food up on peoples fingers and having to re eat it myself. Something has to be done about those feathers though mate.. Just a little nibble here and there, you will soon be looking GREAT! I can tell we will be good friends Munchy... HEHEEEE I didnt think this would happen so soon since Apple was so anti budgie yesterday, Just had to share Cheers  Una

Oh Lin how Sweet, and it looks mighty Yummy.. Looking at Pommy is like looking at a reflection of Apple
  23. Gosh, I thought alcohol was toxic to budgies? Anyway, my Tommy once jumped into a bowl of chocolate trifle! He was perched on the edge of the bowl and for no apparant reason, suddenly jumped into the bowl! Needless to say, I had to give him a bath as he was all chocalatey! Reminds me of the time Apple was found Bathing in my Coffee he got all sticky and covered in milky froth, but boy was he having a ball.. I was in too much shock to even think about taking photos untill way after i had bathed him..
  24. Just woke up, uncovered the birds, fed Munchy, Apple was talking while watching in his cage (the door was open so he could coma and inspect if he desired to) AND i'm feeling BETTER ALREADY.. I think i spent most of the night thinking about it and yeah i realized that Apple has absolutely NO IDEA what Munchy is :(Laughing out loud): Apple on my fingers as i'm typing at the moment, whistling and talking to me so he seems fine today.. My main concern was getting him off side, that would just be the worse thing ever. but I think this will work out in the long run with Munchy inside they are in separate cages side by side so that they can check each other out, and i suppose it would freak Apple out that Munchkin wants to get near Apple but Apple has no clue what it is ... THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH for all the advice, it helped me just get my head on straight. and if you have ever watched "Finding Nemo" all i can say about Apple is "MINE MINE MINE MINE" Cheers  Una
  25. Do you reckon i should just keep Munchy inside and wait till Apple gets over it, or put Munchy in the nest again till a little later? I really don't want to get Apple off side considering the reason of getting Munchkin inside was as a play mate for Apple I also don't want to risk taking too long making up my mind incase the mum wont accept munchy back, but I CANT MAKE UP MY MIND I've had NO experience of introducing pet budgies especially babies to older ones, so i'm not sure if Apples behaviour is what i should be expecting HELPPPPPPP!!
