okay I have been researching this, cinnamons have washed out body color so I am torn between 2 and 4! I'll go with 4.

I am often wrong and probably am again but this is a great way to learn.

I'm going to say 2 is too dark to be cinnamon. 3 & 5 definately yes. 4 not sure as according to something I read most cinnamons are female? Not sure if this was true. 1 I'm not sure but will stick my head out and say no.

 

By the way I have been reading your lessons so far but I'm not sure I'm upto it yet. Fascinating but confusing, I get lost even with your guided instruction.

okay then, I was waiting to give others a guess.

 

Answers:

 

1. fallow - this is a different gene to cinnamon although it gives brown markings. The red eyes is the key to telling it apart.

 

2. Grey-green Normal - the wings and tail are black

 

3. CINNAMON - (congratuations to all that picked this one)

 

4. Clearwing - the wings are a pale gray not brown

 

5. CINNAMON - This one was not as pale as the other and hard to spot so well done to all. She is also opaline which is where the body colour is the same one the wings.

With My eyes I picked it as an opaline grey not an opalone cinnamon grey

I'm guess, 1, 3 and 5..Probably 100% wrong

Daz- and the issue with pictures on computers some see it differently, to me I see a deep brown.
