I actually got a REALLY cute video of Blinkie following his mirror all over the play gym. But it's 18mb and i don't know how to make it smaller. Edit* Putfile must have changed since you last used it, i thought videos had to be under 10mb. Tube feeding is when they get a really thin tube and put it down his throat into his crop. It's how sick birds are fed.

Well he jumped on the yellow perch straight away cause his old gym had yellow so that wasn't scary. The pink bits were a bit too much for him until i got his mirror....then he'd go wherever mirror went! :ausb:

Yes, well, you know perfectly well i couldn't have such a great gym sitting unused for 3 weeks! I'm sure i can think of something else....anyway, now Ozzie can use Blinkie's old gym. :ausb:

Blinkie's been spoilt rotten once again! I brought him a GIANT new play gym today. It's the same brand as his old one but waaaay bigger....yet only $10 more than what i paid for the little one! :ausb: Old vs New Side view Now for the real comparison....using Blinkie. New.... Old! Checking out the swing. And the perches. Hey! Stupid ball, how dare it squash Mr Sexy Mirror Budgie! Hmph, much better!

I popped him on Blinkie's mirror perch and he insisted on flying down and running around my feet. :ausb: Blinkie's the same, if i sit him on his perch he'll fly onto my shoulder under the water.

Haha! I love wet baby budgies! Little Oz had his very first shower just now and he got SOAKING wet! :(Laughing out loud): Now he's wrapped up in a little towel and poked down the front of my top. He and Blinkie are tweeting LOUDLY at each other. Well, this is humiliating. \ Get that camera out of my face! Oh, smarty pants! No side shots either! Yay! Dad's taking me to the cheap place to hopefully find a nice big playgym today....however, still 3 weeks till the meeting day :ausb: SO i think Blinkie can use the new gym until then so Ozzie can have the little one as a comfort zone while he's out of his cage. Then when it's time to introduce them i'll pop the 2 gyms side by side so they can run all over the place like maniacs.

Stupid Ozzie woke me up this morning, pacing. He wanted a cuddle! :ausb:

Lovey, you also wanted a personality update. He's going through the "well i'll hang out with you....if i HAVE to!" phase. He still shoots onto my finger like a bullet the instant the cage door opens but this is often followed by him fluttering to the floor to race over to my bro's room (where me and Oz go on the computer)....he will sit on my shoulder for a fairly long time now though, and play with my hair. He prefers it if i sing a long to my music though....otherwise he gets upset. :fear He's also started nudging his jingly ball so hopefully he'll keep getting more and more playful!

I'm pretty sure that goldenface looks green but there's still a blue tinge to the feathers. A yellow face type 2 would have more blue and look more aqua-ish i guess. That's the only difference i've ever been able to find... I believe Ozzie is a goldenface?

Back off!! *glares* So he thinks he can sit on MY play gym! *budgie kung fu* I'll show him!! WHY won't you just go away you stupid green bird?! Since then he's also made 'friends' with Blondie... Hopefully he'll be a bit nicer to Ozzie. I'm planning on getting them a lovely new playgym so that they'll have some neutral territory to meet on. *some of you will have seen all these pics before but i still got a laugh seeing them all together like this! :hap:
