Well i suppose i still have $5.....at least my budgies are happy.

And then there were the 8 toys i got him a couple of weeks ago that were supposed to be for his birthday.

He looks like Blinkie!!!! I looove him.

Well.... *checks to see if Blinks is watching* if you don't tell i'll let you in on a secret! Blinks is getting 2 very cool swings (a rope/wooden one and a plastic one with a bell) for his birthday on Tuesday so he should have run chewing the ropey one. :(Laughing out loud):

.....they can go from: to this: in seconds!! He has to have his plastic swing now because he started destroying his wooden one. :fear Maybe if he's lucky there's a nice new swing in the birthday present that's wrapped up beside his cage. :fear

Hehe...but the aviary budgies have now got lots of toys: rings, ladders, ropes, paper towel rolls, bells, mirror. Today i got them a cool rope/wooden swing, some olympic rings and a new ladder as well as some more cuttlebone and a seed bell. Here's some photos (If they're wet it's because they've just been hosed down). Spongebob finally found a budgie sexy enough for his liking. Buzz enjoying the cuttlebone. Bubble shows that seed bells aren't for eating but rather for scratching your head on. :fear Blondie and Buzz trying out the ladder. The swing getting completely ignored (typical, that was the most expensive toy!). The rings also getting ignored. Well it's a struggle on the days where i can't get him out much and he's pulling those tricks all day. *sigh* It's worth it in the end! :(Laughing out loud):

I actually missed the funniest hairdo cause i had to run and get the camera. :(Laughing out loud): She has so many feathers out of place, i couldn't figuire out what she'd been doing.

Hehe, well if Tiki was to stop he could go see if Akala, Lemon or Porkball would take over. He's a very naughty boy! :(Laughing out loud):

Well i don't think any came off anyway but i cleaned the aviary out after i had finished so it should be okay.

Blinkie's cage is about chest height (the top of it) but before i got my aviary i had the other birds on a little school desk which made them about waist height and they didn't mind at all.

Hehehehe, Pudding has been amusing me endlessly for the last 20 minutes or so. She's (i think she's a she) just so curious and playful....and greedy.... What??? Oh, you say i have a feather out of place? Is it gone now? WHY?!?! Why me?? I just wanted to look sexy for all the other budgies! I will destroy this in my anger!!! Ooohhh....what's that down there? I know, if i eat i'll feel better!

Won't they all be normal greens? If Greeny is split to blue then normal blues as well and if she had a recessive parent then maybe recessive pieds too. Oh, and if Duey had a cinnamon parent then maybe cinnamons too but not thinking about hidden genes they'd all be normal greens.....am i right?

The babies went out this morning!! They're enjoying all the new stuff and loving all the other budgies. Left to Right: Gus, Gherk, PB (blue), Buzz, Sponge INCOMING!!!! All the budgies wanted the whole plate of egg food to themselves. :ausb: Pudding inspecting something on the floor. Blondie being cute! :ausb:

Lovey - Blondie is an opaline green pied. :ausb: I think they might all be girls. Apart from Blondie (definite girl) they all seem the have whitish rings around their nostrils. Blondie of course looks like a boy just to be difficult! :(Laughing out loud):
