I Give my budgies spinach all the time out of our veggie patch i just hang it on the side of the cage or put it down the bottom of the cage. replace it every 1-2 days depending on the heat

Welcome my budgie is not in an aviary but she hangs on to the side of the cage at the highest possible point so its completely normal. the higher the safer for them

You can sometimes purchase millet spray at your local supermarket but not always it depends on the shops and you can get toys from the reject shop or cheap as chips and shops like that if not try the pet shop they should have a god selection of toys or food depending on how big the shop is.

There are brunette jokes out there i have heard a few there just not as funny and i do no memorise them don't take blonde jokes personally not all blondes are dumb just some

okay thanks pebbles brother is just like the first bird he has already moulted but his green/yellow feathers are scattered all oer his chest when i got pebbles my friend thought i was going to have a purple bird because its cheeks had ppurple on them but they moulted out and have turned greeen

the third picture looks like pebbles your right mine is a yellow faced type two

found out that you can not sign up for photo bucket on google chrome managed to sign up on internet explorer though

Thank goodness i read this topic my friend sprays her deodorant like right in front of her birds cage i better tell her not to or her bird will be at risk of dying Thanks to everyone who posted in this topic it saved a birds life (possibly)

i still think pebbles is pied you just cant see in the photos the yellow and green is so light you cant see it in the photos shes going through her first moult thats why she has all green feathers coming through on her chest once she finishes her moult i will get some more pictures. look in the last picture you can SEE all the light spots on her chest

So hard to tell id say B is female but cant tell what A is sorry probably not any help:)

Just got photos of Pebbles i thought it would take longer Pebbles does not like photos she kept biting me. i said in an earlier post we have an aviary for our birds now but pebbles is in a smaller cage in my room i am saving up for something more wide at the moment:) and i want to get her a friend so she does not get bored when i go to school Sorry about the bad quality photos you might not be able to see it but she has all green and yellow on her stomach which makes her pied i found that out this morning when my grandad told me he said i should get another male bird like charlie so then i can breed them i think it would make some nice babies. my camera is really bad cause its automatic flash which makes everything really bright and annoying so i can take her to the darkest place but she will still look really light coloured. PEBBLES- thats all the photos hope you enjoy. look closely at her tail and chest and you might notice some yellow or green markings

These are pictures of some of my birds not all of them though i will be getting more pictures in the next two weeks or so This is charlie and chirpy. charlie is a budgie, chirpy is a love bird RIP...Charlie This is charlie rubbing his head against a perch This is charlie and chirpys old cage and my dog polly staring at them we have a aviary for the birds now Chirpy Charlie and Chirpy Ella Photos of pebbles will be coming soon in the next 7 days Ella looks a lot like charlie i think but Ellas female charlie and ella are pet shop birds i have tried taming them but they are way to timid so i am just taming pebbles now i need to focus on my tense charlies dead i keep on posting about him as if he were still alive

thats a long story ...but i will cut it short i went on holidays with my brother and my mum while dad was still working he was coming to pick us up from were we were and chirpy(the love bird) flew into his face , it was raining mind you so dad got it and put it in the cage with charlie(the budgie) they were not agressive to each other and they bonded we removed them and put them in seperate cages but the would not stop chirping and moaning night and day so we put them back together they share their toys and food + water i was convinced that charlie was trying to mate with him .when he used to sit on top of him charlies dead now but chirpys still alive. when dad rescued chirpy we looked on the internet and at the post office and local shops to see if any one had put fliers up that said that they had lost a love bird but there were none so we just kept it

Link to the picture, it is currently too big for the board size limit of 480 x 620 (?) not sure on that last figure but it is around that. nice sky blue budgie, have you had any issues with the lovebird in with them?? I am resizing my pictures at the moment to repost No we have no problems with the love bird its the budgie thats the problem the budgie sits on top of the love bird

The blonde says, "Hellllooooooooo ............ . I've got Windoooooows!" i know this has nothing to do with budgies but the colour of the text is a similar colour to my budgies stomach

i need to get photobucket but there is two things i need to confirm and ask, do i have to use the same email address i used to sign up to the BBC for photo bucket ? how does photo bucket connect to the budgerigars breeders club cause i know i have to have it to post pictures but once i get it how do i post the pictures on BBC? help with be great

Sorry osman but i think it has got away i dont think it is normal for maids to steal budgies i never leave my budgie out of the cage with out supervision. And by the way i cant help with the problem about the mites. And just correcting some thing you dont say she "stoled" my budgie you say she "stole" my budgie

Nice budgies i like basil his colours are really pretty the others are nice too
