  13. if the eyes darken up then they will be cinnamon or rececive pieds. As neat points out these are called plum eyes. Red are Lutinos (yellow) Albinos (white) Lacewing (cinnamon markings and either white or yellow) and fallows (I will let someone else explain the difference between fallow and lacewing, I don't know the difference, I think fallows can be other colours beside white and yellow) If you can post pics when they feather up someone should be able to tell you what they are :party0011: Either way I think is in order! :party0011:

  24. JimmyBanks replied to Elly's topic in Competitions
yes. Are you a member of a Budgerigar Club?
  25. not really. but you can only show birds that are rung. the ring gets put on as a young chick. and doesn't come off (unless you have to cut it for some reason). I am guessing your bird would either come from Mt Gambier, possibley Horsham, Southwest or at most Colac I doubt Ballarat but I guess anything is possible... The guy in Horsham doesn't have email but there is a number on the web site http://www.bcv.asn.au/Horsham.htm I have contacted the Mt. Gambier and South Western Clubs and am waiting for a reply.
