its fine to put ring information down in the threads... I'm not sure if anyone will be able know the breeder on here but you might get lucky, or it might be posted on the club websites... I know MBC (kaz and renee's club) has a list of ring codes on there website but most of the Victorian clubs web pages are pretty bland... Need a bit of young blood who are IT savvy here in Victoria Do you know what the ring information means?

From memory Black is an 02 and an 08 bird... he doesn't look 6 so I'm guessing he's an 08 bird. Did you buy it from a shop or breeder? If you got it from a shop you might be able to get the information off the ring and contact the breeder to see what his parents were... Your birds are looking really good. I am constantly going into places and checking out there birds. I never buy from petshops and so far I've been able to resist the urge. Good luck with your breeding program when it starts.

It is pretty amazing to see how they grow up so rapidly... but I guess in the wild there is only a limited amount of time for them to mature with predators and the like.. Where did you get the name Toshiro from??? Its great! Do you know what it means?

I heard that when you breed ino to ino/lacewing/fallow that the size of the bird tends to be smaller. Maybe thats why they told you not to breed ino to fallow...
