okay so if you put birds down in a nesting box on the 29th December 08, 21 days after that is 18th January 09 (hen should of laid by now). 5th of Feb first egg should be hatching? 19th of March they should be fledging? Is my maths right? I know they could lay prior to 21 days but I'm going on the math that it took 21 days for the hen to start laying... Is my maths right or am I an idiot?
