You are all welcome, Army, Navy, and the RAAF are important to me after loosing family members - and have family members in the Army and RAAF so it is close to my heart..... Just makes us all think - Not everything is free as some have paid with their life for what we have . So to all those family waiting for their loved ones ... So you have 2 breeding pairs in one flight cage? How big is the cage? From personal experience I didn't have trouble when i added another nest box ( AFTER THE HEN FOUND THE OTHERS WITH CHICKS) but that doesn't mean it will or won't for you .... I was breeding in a small aviary not a flight cage.. I am not sure mate as the youngest chick is 6 days old - I've only removed hens when bubs were 2 weeks and older ... Maybe wait for my experience members in this to answer , good luck

You have been given great advice ... Also there is a section in the Food & Nutrition that has members recipes ... But like Kaz said keep those Hanging seed bells, stick etc as a "special treat" most one from the store say they have honey in them .... BUT I have Found some breeders and people that sell them at the markets and etc use GLUE in them to stick the seeds together ... ( there is a recipe in here too on how to make your own HONEY AND GLUE FREE Hanging stick ) Welcome by the way ... :hi: Hope you find your stay here fun and enjoyable ....

Kaz that is the one i use too ... I have tried the Avione one and found it was okay for those that NEEDED a feed but wasn't all that crash hot with it , I then trued another one with probotics in it but that thickened up to quick and was rather gritty for the crop needle okay for spoon ... But i found that the one Kaz posted a picture of is the best by far

Agree Chyso same as the ACV isn't a cure too ... I feed by birds garlic now too it is on the "unsafe" list but my vet said it was fine in small dosage

Yes that is normal for a recessive pied ... Your images were to large there is an edit function on photo bucket before you pick what photo you want to upload there is a selection on what size you would like them to be chooses the 640*480 option .... If not if you click on your image and click edit there is a resize option that you can use which is the same ... They both look recessive pied But i get them and the DF dom pieds confused often
