Breeding Issues
Hey mate & Welcome .... I agree with Maes But !!!! The Hen isn't in breeding condition yet ( you can tell my the color of the cere) You will also find that if you move your water and food dishes from off the ground they will stay more clean prevent bacteria and other nasties :sadsorry: Also i would remove the pipe cleaners as they tiny fluffy bits will get eaten Good luck with your breeding

What Should I Do ? I Dont Want To Risk It!
I would say that having a tamed "parent-to-be" would prove difficult .... 1. They need their flights for mating 2. Once Quarantined - bonded- breeding - raring babies I doubt it would remain tamed .. My thoughts though

Cinnamon?
Yeah Mate ... Mum will eat it to :fear The hard thing is when babies fledge they drop weight very quickly as they start to learn how to eat seed ... So the early they learn the better ...

Cinnamon?
Jodie Mate you are not a stupid Kid !!! You are a very smart girl who loves her animals :fear .. If they are doing the stretching and tippy toe sticky beak - This is the best time to add millet and other seeds into the nest box It is the prime time that they start watching MUM & Dad and seeing them peck at the seed will encourage them too as well - helping them to crack and eat seeds better by the time they fledge .... I love hearing the flapping in the nest box - like Kaz said it is practice & exercising They are growing up beautifully

Breeding Pairs
Hi okay so you have 2 hens in a aviary? both on eggs? i hen is looking pretty thin ( is this round 2 or 3 for the year) So so i get a better understanding I would personally remove the eggs either foster to other hen or toss them ... How old are the babies in the nest box with her??? If they are about 2 weeks old I would remove the HEN .. and let the dad raise the babies .... keep her clam in a separate cage with plenty of good foods greens, seeded grasses vegies etc also added calcium ....
