Thanks guys,everyone has gone through loses lately,including myself.It was just so uplifting to do something like this.Will keep you guys updated as I see my friend everyday,we work together.

Some of you guys would remember Sonrisa,one of my first baby budgies that I bred.Well today she went to her new home.It has made me so happy to help lift someones spirit woth this little angel.My friend at work is going through a hard time and has no one at home with her so I asked her if she would like a budgie for company.When I was feeding Sonrisa at work she would always give her a cuddle,now my friend has wings herself as she is so happy with her new friend. Sonrisa has a new name Monaa(pronounced marna),it means ocean in Cook Island language,which is where my friend was born.My friend is so excited and always asks lots of questions about what to do with her new friend.I am sure they will have a long and happy life together. It feels so good to help and make someone so happy. Here is a photo of Monaa

I looked up my council rules and it says that I can have up to 12 birds without a permit.Aviary must be 1 metre away from fence and 10 metresaway from neighbours.Its in the wrong position but neighbours closest don't mind and he has cockatiels himself.I can get another budgie as I only have eleven....... (Laughing out loud)

Bubbles thanks for this video it put a huge smile on my face.The babies look so cute.I love the one that has a stumpy tail and the last one that seemed to be looking at you.Great photos aswell.Your budgies eat better than I do. (Laughing out loud)

My daughters budgie Chippy is going through a massive molt at the moment.He sulked in his cage for 2 days, and wouldn't come out.Today he came out and tried to win Poppy over,who is also molting. Here he is and you can see where Poppy had hit a new feather just above his cere. Herehe is giving Poppy a scratch,little does he know how bad he looks.....shhhh He thinks he'shandsome!!!! just a little more on the cheek.
