He is super cute. He is a sky blue spangle dominate pied. Do not worry if you do not see him drink. Most budgie owners have never seen their budgie drink their water. l have personally never seen my Jasper drink his water :grouphug:

Today, l decided to snap a few pictures of Jasper. He will be turning 4 months old tomorrow. checking out the closet. checking out the view from the top of my head, lol.

Hi, welcome Since you have 2 budgies it is less likely that one will talk. It is more likely that they will bond with each other and talk to one another. But who knows, one might learn. Every budgie is different. If one does, it could be anywhere from 6 months to a year.
