As long as they cannot see a nestbox in the slightest possible way. An 70's yr old show breeder recently put a 12 week old and others in a similar environment and found the 12 week old hen had laid a full clutch of eggs.

If you have only acquired them in the last week or so, how do you quanrantine from your others and why is there a nesting box happening already ?

Not 1-4 days apart but every second day. She has stopped when there are no more eggs after two days apart.
