I'm not so experienced, but I've had the same problem. My hen had one cluch and I didn't want her to have any more. But she layed eggs again. I waited till she layed all the eggs and then removed the nesting box with the eggs. She was nervous a bit, but it took just a little while. Then she forgot all about it :ausb: I think it would be dangerous to take the box away before she lays the whole clutch - she should finish laying, when she starts. But rather wait for someone more experienced :bluebudgie:

okay, so maybe they can eat the wasps (there are many here now - I think they were born somewhere around the house now :ausb: ). I actually bought an egg food which suppose to have some insect in it - but I didn't find any :bluebudgie:

I've got one silly question . Could you see your budgies eat some fly or something flying around in their cage? I could see a wasp flying to my budgie cage today and I was worried a bit, that it could sting them. But some of the budgies were actually hunting it Do you think they could just eat the wasp?

It must be so cool to be in the aviary with all the babies on you . I know myself I would probably sit there for ages Sometimes my budgies sit on my head for a while, when I put my head in their cage to feed them, it's so funny

Yeah their wings are clipped, Fez's were clipped before I got him. Buster used to be flighted but he kept trying to get into things he really should have stayed away from plus my roommate left the door open a lot. Since I've moved and don't need to worry about roommates letting them out I'm going to let their flights grow out again. I was just wondering, they look exactly like Mayo's wings (my flighless budgie)
