Mavi...WAYYY TOO COLD! ! ! ! ! It gets like that here, and budgies shouldnt get colder than -5...so i wouldnt push it. It ends up that im not going to make an aviary for them during the day. At least not for a while, or until move. My mom just agreed to help me wheel my cage out in hot days...so im just going to do that :budgiedance: And get locks for the doors :ausb: So nothing gets them.. Im moving right beside another, bigger forest ( on other side of road from my new house) full of animals. Not to mention all the kids, and cat we see cruising the nieghbourhood Kirby

HAHAHAHAH KAREN! ! ! ! ! Thats Hilarious!!! I also thought the twins were babies! The weird thing is that shes had several eggs fine, for her size. (Laughing out loud). Good for her! Can you post pics of this famous log for us? I want to make a tree nesting box for my birds. Sicne mine DONT and will NOT breed when in own breeding cage ( :ausb: ). I wanted to take a tree, about 8 inches wide, and carve out a 'human' door about 4" x 3" wide, with a 1.5" budgie entrance door, so i can open the human door, and check on them. But it too would look like a real tree. My birds would get a kick out of it! Since they lokve chewing the boxes, and shreading wood! hahaha, so maybe Splash is like them, or their like Splash ? (Laughing out loud) :budgiedance: Im just worried now becuase my 6 week old male is mounting all my hens, and him, as well as my 11 week old hen both have visible iris rings already! I got them from a breeder, and watched them before they left the nest, so i know thier ages are correct... weird eh? (Laughing out loud) YAY! Candle those eggs PLEASSEEE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Hm....i think our birds have unique breeding behaviours, becuase mine use to do the same! In my case, my older male was trying to breed my youngest female without a nesting box. She would go in the 'ready to mate' stance at only 6 months old. When he attempted to mount, she hacked at him. She was/is the biggest tease to all my males! HAHAH! So, how old are the birds, and have they breed before? Kirby

Thats like asking up what the weather is going to be like on October 13th, 2006! HAHAHAHAH! You NEVER know for sure! I have had most lay at night, but them some lay at 1pm, 8am, 12pm,10pm! So, its hard to say! Usually in morning hours i think, or at dusk...*i think* Kirby

Exactly, i cant even count, to crammed to tell what the toys are, how many there are, and what they are! I can see they like toys, i just wouldnt want to be that crammed! Thats all, no big deal. Even look at the picture of your spangle, and grey! They can even fly off that perch becuase they have two swings infront of them! I bet they crawl everywhere, hardly fly dont they? (Laughing out loud), now, i will laugh if they dont, but still . . . Sorry to sound rude, id just say, whatever you think is good for your birds is good. So, in all, if your happy, its fine. Just make sure they are twice as happy, even without flying time! My cage is the white one. I have 4 nice natural branches, that i replace every 3rd day, 8 food cups, 2 swings, one big ladder, 2 baths, and 4 toys in it currently! They have more than enough, and they still have TONS of flying space, not to mention the 1-2 hours daily flying time! Also you can see my one setup in my signature....does that look boring ? I have perches, toys, food, just not loaded full so they have room to fly around in, and get excerise! Kirby

How great! But unfortunately, i have to be the one with the nagging, Sorry I just think theres 4 times the amount of toys needed! I have the white cage, and i have 4 perches, 7 small toys, and TONS of flgith room. You have about 20 perches, and 50 toys in them! TOO CROWDED! I dont know about you, but i wouldnt want my bedroom to have 5 desks, 3 dressers, 2 beds, and 6 end tables in it! Would you? Other than that, its all great! I might osund mean, or rude, i just feel when you say "we are having squaubles here already grrrr" no wonder! TOO CRAMMED! I have 6 in the white cage, and havent yet had a squabble in over a month and a half! So, delcutter it, (Laughing out loud), and it will be MUCH better to me anyways! Who agrees? Kirby
