It seems like forever since I posted pics of the gang. No exciting stories or themes with my pics - just lots of cute little budgies. :rip: Romeo having fun with one of the toys. And Puddin' having a turn too. Max likes the mirror - A LOT! And playing with the rings too! He's really happy with Jewel as a roomie. Her bald spot is growing back and she looks a lot better. Cute poses from Romeo and Beka Budgies in love but no more attempts at the dirty deed. Just lots of kissing!!! Some group shots.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure the experts will be along to answer your questions about breeding. I just wanted to say hi. Pictures of your budgies will certainly help with predicting what your chicks will be. I would say all of your babies will be green because it is dominant, unless of course the mom is split for blue.

Awesome. I saw a budgie like that once in a petstore. She kept hopping on the side of the cage almost begging me to take her. But her feathers didn't look very good and I was scared she might be sick and give something to my other budgies. I regret not getting her- I'm sure she would have been just like yours - easy to tame and super duper friendly.b

Do you have any pictures? My hens all have whitish blue ceres right now except Tweety. None are in breeding condition.

I think blue or bluish. I thought my Max was a grey but his cheek patches are bluish grey instead of silver which I guess makes him a mauve.

Looks like the pepper was a hit with her. I'm going to have to try peppers with my gang. They had cauliflower yesterday and romaine today. Both are favourites.

Sounds like nerves to me. Most of my budgies have had sticky vents or runny poos for abotu 48 hours after bringing them home. And then they return to normal. If it lasts more than a few days then I would seek the help of your avian vet. I think the same goes for food and water. Most of mine ate and drank nothing for at least 24 hours. Good luck. Can't wait to see a picture!!!

looks like a mauve clearfight pied to me. But I would say a she. Very pretty. Glad that she is feeling better.

I'm no expert but my initial reaction is female dominant pied. Is she grey or mauve or cobolt? I'm having a hard time telling with my monitor. Very beautiful!!!!
