Hi all, i have solved the ring, its a Mulley & stafford bird heres a few photos of the hen which i picked up for $10 as she had plucked her chest feathers. Now nearly all her feathers have grown back sorry about the poor quality of the photos i will try and take better ones tomorrow

hi everyone, here is some photos of my new club budgies the grey cobolt boy and the grey wing sky blue hen the spangle grey green hen and the cobolt boy (2008 not 2007 as i said before) my other pair too ( i think they are just normal grey ) the hen is a 2008 bird and the boy is a 2005 birds ( he was my first club budgie )

hi everyone, On the weekend i went to the 2009 BCSA Auction and bought two hens for my Cobolt cocks. one of the hens is a 2006 Greywing Sky Blue breed by B & J fisher (in the catalogue there is a note it says Coombe Wing not sure what it means). which will be paired with a 2007 Grey Cobolt cock. and the other hen is 2008 Spangle Grey Green breed by the Wilson-Smith family and it will be paired with a 2007 Cobolt cock. I should be get some photos soon. please tell me what you think of my new birds. :party0011:

hi everyone, my brother and i were busy this weekend making some breeding cabinets for our new breeding room the single one was a prototype. we decided to make a block of 4 for now. the size of each cage is (inside size) 59cm long and 46cm wide and and about 50cm high is this size okay? i still have put the perches in, make the nest boxes which will tattach on the side like the single cage. and also got to make the trays at work sometime this week. :doh: have a look at the photos of the breeding cabinets :glare: hope this link works second time for me to post something on this forum

Hi all, my name is Becir. i have 14 or so budgies including 3 show type/club budgies in a aviary and also i was thing of getting more of the show type/club budgies to try and breed them as i have only breed the pet bugies. This weekend i will be building an extension on my aviary to make a breeding room with breeding cabinets as the colony breeding is not working for me as the hens are fighting and also i have 10 tiels. i was thinking of joining a bird club in the near future but not sure which one and how much it cost to join .
