Chick no.2 is definetly lutino! does this mean that the recessive pied chick will be male?

Hi, okay, I have 2 surviving chicks out of pixie and asterixes clutch. Pixie(hen) is a sky blue recessive pied greywing, and Asterix(cock) is a dark green/olive recessive pied. One of the babies (18 days old) is going to be just like his/her dad, with black eyes. the other chick is 16 days old and has some yellow pin feathers and red eyes. Could baby no.2 be a lutino? Is this possible from pied parents? Any other suggestions?
