For you guys Why does he sit outside the box like that when she's in it? And I know she's not in condition so I won't get eggs so why does she go in and prepare the nest box?

They all need more than just seed to breed properly. your friends birds probably have a vitamin deficiancy and would cause the egg tossing behaviour - are they eating the eggs too??? Keep trying with vegies everyday, try different ways of presenting it. mine like their vegies whole and uncooked - Some breeders grate/dice their vegies. You can also soak soup mix over night..... mmmmmm mine go nuts for soaked soup mix. she dont feed them veggies thats why i am finding it so hard to get George and Bailey to eat them Lumina does and Sky i still wont try yet

oh wow that was quick and he does this most the day and then feeds her and i think she gets a bit ticked off by it not sure he also does this thing where he looks like he kicks her but she pushes him away, I think hes in condition and she's going in.

Hi again My budgie's George and Lumina do this thing where George runs up and down the perch to her and they hit beaks what are they doing? And second do Budgie's mate in nest box cuz because the other day I think they did, my friend said that it's probly equivalent to doing it in a bedroom.
