as i said I would definatly take pictures but with no batteries in either camera.... Dottie is doing fine...they are out in the avairy for today! they really like it! (dot and zeus)

1) they are boy and girl 2) he nearest vet to me is 2 ++ hours away! (gold coast) 3) the bleeding stopped before i had even noticed it! 4) her beak is only a little oversized....not by much just enough for me to notice it. oh nd the first she bit me she drew blood and now i have a scar :hap:

I know that you can breed them together what I meant was if you want to get better show birds it would be best to breed them with OTHERR show birds ♥Indz

soory i haven't replied its only a teeny tiny amount of blood and under the beak I would have pics. but both cameras out of battery and she is eating fine chirping and such...I don't know where the nearest avain vet is ??!! I moved the birds into a bigger cage yesterday because they were fighting over the food dish and things. she does do all sort of acrobats like swinging around on perch and diving under seed trays so that may have cause it! thanks for all your replys. ♥Inds

No, they are breed/bread ? Anyway yes you can only breed show types together and not with pet types

I think they have a different shape! I noticed that from Dottie and my others. also Dottie has thinner head feathers above her cere. just my observations! ♥Indz

I'm worried that Dottie could be sick! she seems almost lethargic compared to Zeus and I have just noticed that her beak is too long and is pealing also bleeding a little in the peels!! she is not the age i was told ( 4 mnths) but I've figured out she is actually 1 year (green tag) Please help me in idenifying the cause of this! I dread the vets! the last time I was there my beloved puppy Zara was put down and also a year ago my first darling Budgie Buddy! thankyou ♥Indz

My favourite thing to see is Petie sitting fluffed up half asleep murming to whatever music is on! he especially loves Maddona!!! and i'm glad Hairspray he sound track my all time favourite movie!(I have a soft spot for the meany of all my babies Bella shh don't tell her I said that)Ps(I know she loves me but the other budgies won't think she's tough if she shows it!)What thing about you budgie/s do you love the most! and also who's your favourite of all?♥IndzAlso I love to have my birds out!! they've probably been out for about 3-4 hours today! then an hour break then out again :rip:

hahah Budgie_Girl! thats funny!! us kids can be naughty sometimes :devil: It's probably not the right thing to do but with taming my budgies I go for the full frontal assault! Petie has been taken out of his cage litteraly almost everyday of the whole year i've had him!! and now i hve the tamest budgie I could have hoped for. How are old are your kids roughly? budgies get frightened by lots of people around them at once! if and when you introduce the new family member one at a time to the kidly winks. I know i'm bad I even took my budgies out the first day i got them...in the car....while we were driving :rip: ♥Indz

O_O i dont give my budgies a quarter as much as you kaz!! thing is there is no pepermint and few gum tree's where i live and having just started gr.10 it's hard to fit everything on top of taking my birds out to feed them fruit since they dont eat it in the cage i'm emabaressed now!! :rip:
