Franklin adores George. When ever they are away from the other birds they always show so much affection towards each other. Thought I'd share a couple of pics of the 2 spending time together.

Sorry NickNack but George is mine and I will never give him away. I love him too much like alot of others. He is a real treasure. I love his inquisitive face also and is one of the things that I noticed about him when I picked him.

Thank you. I have 4 now and they all seem to get along fine. Some get on better together than others because they all have different personalities. When I introduced my 3rd one Balki to my first 2 George and Franklin they found it hard to accept him and would peck at him if he got close to them or ignore him but it took a bit of time till they accepted him. From what I've heard Budgies are not always in pairs and they sometimes tend to mix and change partners. There is always a risk in getting a budgie that does not get along with other budgies. I think it's luck and depending on the temperament of the budgie.

I would like to enter Balki for July's BOM. Balki struggled in the beginning, trying to get on with George and Franklin. He was constantly pecked at. He is now accepted by the rest of the flock and gets on well with everyone.

I captured a few sleeping pics of the gang in their cage. I also have George sitting pretty on the swing. He is so adorable, I placed him on the swing and he was happy to stay there for quite a while. He is vey photogenic and I think he loves the camera.
