  5. no I actually got her when she was pretty old, over 9 motnh to be exact. I hope she is, then I might get blue series babies (i put her and chico together a couple of days ago). So with that very very litle spot of blue over her legs can we say for sure its a yft2? If she is how come she has such dark green?? Would that mean she is is a mauve?
  6. I just figured out that Kiky might be a yellowface. There is some clear blue right abouve her legs. its only very little but that is a sign of yf right?? Ill take a picture of her soon. heres one that doesnt show the blue could that be possible? its only very very little though, less than half a cm.
  7. very good info!! you made a mistake at one part.. Quote: "Training my budgie to sit on my head: It is recommended that parrots should not be perched higher then eye level to their owners. This gives them the upper hand and they feel dominant. Dominancy in a bird can create bad habits. Even when you place their cage their highest perch should be eye level to you. It is your own personal decision if you would like your bird to sit on your head. Word of precaution though, some birds will fly onto their owner’s heads and their owner doesn’t realize they are there (don’t as me how) and they walk outside and off goes the bird. So if you decide to train your bird to sit on your head just remember he is there. " i read through the whole thing. It's very informative. great points!!
