But it is fine now, I am about to go out Now that Dylan is asleep and pull out all no breeders ( all but angle and her partner as there is 1 chick left to fledge ) and put them in the flights .... Yep Norm, Once my hens reach 5 babies I foster out too - 2 hens can only cope with 4 but they were first time mums

okay so Round 2 started with the first egg being laid on the 19/7/08 all 7 fertile ( this Hen knows how to lay ) First on hatched on the 7/8. Mum feed well Second lhatched 8/8/08 Mum feed that one too 9/8/08 Both Babies dead in the Box - All eggs ICE COLD! WHAT THE H ELL HAPPENED????? I am going to assume that she was frightend off her eggs But there is a light that shines enough for her to find her way back .... I will assume that there was a stray dog ( evidence was left LOL ) and she was scared!! I will assume that there really wasn't anything for me to do - All was fine then one day Nope Not doing this anymore ... Any ideas guys, as this is the first time it has happened to me
