It is hard to say what will happen once you introduce Piccolo to Cosmo, it really can go both way. What l would do once you introduce them to each other is keep taming Piccolo separately. But who knows maybe once Piccolo sees how Cosmo interacts with you he will settle down and will copy what Cosmo is doing with you.

I can not believe the owner's did not realize it was not a cockatiel. l wonder how long they have had it for.

Yes it is possible to tame him. It just takes alot of patience and gaining his trust. Once you gain his trust he will be more easier to work with. l tamed 2 budgies who where around 2 years of age. It took me almost 6 months to gain their complete trust. All budgies are different, some will respond quicker to you while others are slower.

Next time l will have my camera ready l took her to see the vet today and she got a clean bill of health. She got her nails trimmed and her wings trimmed.
