Well, as promised here are the pictures of Tequila The camera does not show the faint yellow on the wings. l noticed when l got home and put Tequila in the cage she/he is missing a claw. l'm l right withe mutation? a sky blue or cobalt yellowface spangle. Pictures of her/his cere, can you tell which it is. When l look at the cere l see no white, so l'm thinking boy but l'm secound guessing myself All these pictures are in natural light and no flash. last picture

Most of you know that l lost my budgies last week very suddenly. l know that it has been only a week but l could not stand the silence anymore. So l cleaned my budgies cage, perches, toys and food cups again to make sure they are sterilized. And today l went out in search for a budgie. l went to 3 stores and l did not find a budgie that l felt a connection to. l was about to call it a day, but then l decided to go to a small local petstore that is run by a family. Who takes very good care of all of there animals in the store. l went to the back of the store to their bird room. At first l did not see any budgies that l felt anything but then l noticed this one budgie that stood out. l totally fell in love with it and knew that it was the one. And he came home with me l'm not really sure if it is a boy or girl, at first l thought it was a boy but now l'm secound guessing myself. The budgie is a sky blue or cobalt yellowface spangle. l know you guys want pictures but l did not want to stress out the budgie, so they will have to wait till tomorrow. My sister named my budgie Tequila

l know how it sucks to have a medical conditions that makes you fatigue. At least now you know what the problem is and can correct it. How l know what it is like, is that l have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I get fatigue easily but l now take some vitamins that l have noticed that l'm not as tired. l take iron, folic acid, b12 and centrium forte. If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to pm me.

They weren't babies but adults, l just call them my babies. l got them at a pet store when they where already adults. l had them for threes years and l really do not know how old they where. Thanks for all your kind words everyone.

Thank you all for your kind words. It means alot to me. We thought it was a gas leak but it was ruled out, We do not use teflon in our house or any sprays. l cannot figure out what could have caused this. My family thinks it could have been a night fright but unsure.

:hb: l woke up this morning and both my babies passed away. l'm so broken hearted and crying non stop and l have to leave for the weekend to visit my grandma. My grandma said l can bring them up so she can bury them at her place. l cannot believe that this happened :sad: :sad: :sad: They showed no sign of sickness and they where both chirping so happy yesterday :sad:

All l can say is wow, what an experience you are going through. You are learning so much and you are very dedicated.

If you find that she is flying away from you alot when you are trying to tame her. I would suggest getting her wings clipped, it is your choice. But it sounds like you are doing an awesome job even with her wings not clipped. So you might not even have to clip them
