l know that when you breed your budgies they should be at least 12 months old , l was wondering if you don't know how exactly how old your bird is how can you tell how old they are ? what can l look for to determine how approximately old they are ?

your budgies are adorable . l understand when friends and family think your mad , my family thinks l'm crazy too .
