  13. already answered in your other topic. and Tomlou.the pied is dominant pied
  14. I will be there for that one
  15. Buffy is a cobalt dominant pied. Nessie is correct as you worked out.
  16. Its not a mutation of budgie. It is a feather duster also called a chysanthemum budgie or a mop. Plenty of info on here about them. They are a genetic mistake. and they dont live every long. DITTO posted at the same time as Nic PS you don t want one..........because they dont live long enough for you to get one.
  17. Most hens throw out anything you add at this stage. the only nesting materials mine dont throw out is finer stuff, like flakey bran or quick cook dry porridge oats. You add add some nesting materials as chicks arrive as the hens are less inclined to throw it out when busy with chicks.
  18. Have a great day Mate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. Glad you have worked it out Stuey ........cos I got lost with this bit..... :sadsorry:
  20. Thundra is slowly recovering................ she can perch for awhile and she can climb a ladder. Fingers crossed for ongoing improvement.

Budgies are NOT adults at six months Ratzy PS I do find the advice you just gave a little irresponsible and can be easily misinterpreted to mean breed at under 12 months. Please think before posting such advice. :sadsorry:
