Sometimes my budgies run away from the veggies :hap: . I'm growing them some herbs in a pot too and they don't want to eat them - so much work for nothing

Yes, one of my budgies does the same sometimes . But I have no idea why they do it And she sleeps hanging on the side of the cage with her beak too

I've tried this ones. I found a big cuttlebone on the beach and wanted to clean it. It became sooo smelly, that I just threw it away . I probably didn't clean it the right way. Now I rather buy them

My budgies like all the "watery" veggies - ice lettuce, cucumber, celery, etc. and don't eat anything what would be better for them. But I'm still trying . Hopefully the chicks will start eating it and then maybe their parents will see it's good to eat

Thanks Pixie , I'm busy looking for a good vet (it's not easy to find an avian vet in my city). All the vets I've been to don't like birds (because they fly, etc. ). They are just strange.
