Did you take your budgie to an avian vet before he/she died of it? It could have been a tumor, but could also be something else.

Thanks I'll take some photos soon I was concerned about disturbing them too much. I think if you just take a quick picture, maybe while you are cleaning the nest box it should be okay . I think too much of flash wouldn't be good.

Thank you Riebie I will try. Last Thursday I took my husband to see the baby on the Ultra sound - it's so cool how quickly is the baby growing. I was a little bean a couple of week ago and now has arms and legs and looks so human :ausb: I will post a picture when I get a nice one

She is so cute Kaz I'm loving all babies now as I'm 3 months pregnant :(Laughing out loud): (I think we actually have the same date with Armchairangel - sometime middle of April). I can't wait. I don't get much time to post now as I'm feeling sick all the time and I had to stay at home for a couple of weeks :ausb: - hope this stops soon !!!

I found Giny dead this morning She was my first budgie who I got of my friend. She gave me 3 beautiful babies (in my signature), she was very good mum. She was ill, had tumor on her wing and probably some more inside. The vet thought that taking the tumor off wouldn't help as it would probably grow back. And surgery would be risk for her (no one knows how old was she, so she might be quite old.) But she looked happy, could fly and everything, so I left her in with her friends. I think she had a happy life - I hope. I only feel bad, because I promised her a new huge outdoor aviary, but she didn't live long enough to see it and enjoy it I never lost any budgie, so it's sad for me. All her friends looked so sad this morning, watched me taking her out We will miss you Giny, fly free... :angel1:

The i and y give me problems too - don't worry. Czech language is very difficult I've lived in the UK for 2 years only (South Wales), but didn't like it much either. But some things are better there - I really miss the real indian take aways If you want to practise czech sometimes, you can pm me
