Budgie's r cool

He is flighted. He only flys for fun. Ill keep on taking him out because of the space its just i have been told it was for exersise and i would like him to exersise to keep him nice and stong. I have put him down on the floor so he will fly to feel taller but he flys on my head and gets upset with me.

I have been told to take out my budgie out every day for exercise. I take him out every day. But he does not exercise. He just sits on my shulder kissing me... How can i promote exercise?

My budgie used his swing as a bed. When ever the blanket went on he jumped on it. My sister teased him with this. :oliveb: Now he has out grown it and uses it as a toy.

WOW every body takes their budgies to bed late. When its cold (like now) my budgie goes under a very thick blanket. But in summer he has a cool blanket. He still hears the t.v and gets good light under the cool blanket so he chirps lots. And he gets to spend alone time with his mirror if you know what I mean. And if i do no put the blanket on right he does a chirp to tell me to put it on properly! :oliveb:

I take mine to bed at 8.30. He is never tired then because he is used to it. Except now because of the normal time instead of daylight savings.

I also know you have chosen names but what about "The Blues Brothers". Oh but one is a girl...

Maybe if he ever is already puffed up give him a scartch. You need to do it so he will like it to make it a positive experiance and he will forget about the bad memoy. Hope i helped!

The person opened the cage doar and forgot to close it, a window was opened. The teacher thought we would be responsible but new as a class we were not ready. It squaked all the time too. She was always distractive.

He seems to be a bit of a little attention seeker. My budgie always squaks when im doing home work. I wish i didnt have to do it. Just like he does!

My budgie gets diarea when he gets scared. Maybe he is a bit scared of fyling but has fun aswell...

Last year I sprayed my budgie with water (he prefers this then baths) and the water had touched a bell. Later on i noticed RUST!!! I quickly removed it and i now be carefull with metal. Please be carefull with metal aswell! :excl:

He might be scared of the objects around him or he still might be cold.

A few years ago when i was in primary school we had a young budgie called B'fa in my class. He was only a baby and cost my teacher a lot of money. He was never tamed. And did not realy like the noise. And imagine if something happend over night! One day he flew out of the cage and out the window at some ones house. But I was near by the school and I saw another classes budgie still perfectly fit for about 3 years! Hmmm

I am not to sure, but you want a paint that will not rust and you want the paint to be completley smooth and no bubbels. Acording to my budgie book...

If the moth larvae are already in the seed, it doesnt really matter about the container as they will hatch anyway. But I must tell you, if you do use an icecream container...the moths can get into those as well. Thats horrible! It realy depends on were you buy the goods. I bought some plants for my fish at a pet shop not so great on fish and it was covered in bugs!

Im thinking of getting a new budgie. (have to wait to spring though) but i want to know what my budgie will be like to me after getting another one. When i got louy he wasnt social and satyed by him self. hmmm...

you dont have to give them a bath. i spar mine with a water squirter. he dosnt like it. bt prefers it then baths.

i leave my seed in a sealed tight ice cream conatiner.
