Budgie's r cool

One day Louy went down to the water to have a drink, then he climbed along the cage to get to the food, but half way through he got his claw stuck on one of the cage doars and he couldnt leave. The only way to free him was to lift the doar up. even though this hurt him.

This would not be the best setup as most home cages are too small to breed a pair, don't forget that if they do breed you may have 4-8 babies all in that cage. My budgie cage isnt a small mobile cage, its a bit taller then a metre and is almost 1 metre wide.

Well ill try to let him out more but I usualy only let him out on the weekend because im a school student.

Last year m,y pet budgie was in the dining room but as it got so hot in the summer we moved him to the lounge room where its much cooler and he liked this spot so much we diceded to keep him there. But now he loves the t.v and is a t.v adict. Children shows are his favourate and when ever i turn on the t.v he chirps and is chirping right now to the news. He also squaks when ever some one is dying or is hurt. :bluebudgie: Would t.v be bad and is he already distracted to learn how to talk? Should i move him back?

Hello every one, This is a (s0rta) trick i taught my budgie. I used to wink at my budgie constantley and he loved it and he found it intresting. Then he started to copy me. Now if i stare at him for a little bit he starts to wink and blink at me.

If you get a new budgie, would it be okay to put the new budgie in the same cage straight away?

Hi guys i need more help . Im thinking of breeding but where do i put the nest box and how and how big should it be. Would normal woodchips be fine to put on the bottom of the box? And finaly will they breed when there is no nest box because i dont want my louy to go have lots and lots of budgies.

A few months ago i bought my budgie (louy) a new play pen for his birthday. But when i took him out to play with it he got scared. What could i do for him to get him use to the play pen?

Hi, my budgie is alone male, im a male to, but sometimes i put my finger or hand in his cage and he starts to go crazy and kisses me crazy and chirps heaps and heaps.

Maybe you should just talk to her a step behind the cage

Hi guys, I've had my budgie for a year now (Louy) and he has been very lonley and needs another budgie to express his... well you know. :glare: But i dont know enough about breeding :ausb: But could some one tell me where you atatch a small nest box to an average bird cage.
