You do do not separate the chicks from their parents untill they are eating on their own. When I breed I leave them with their parents until they fledge (Leave the nest). You also say you need to separate her so she can have her THIRD clutch... Do you mean third in a row? If so this is a bad idea. They should be given a rest after the second BEFORE breeding again. Osman - as a relative novice myself I can tell you that you REALLY need to READ through all the advice here and only then should you start asking questions. You are missing some very vital and important information but you are already breeding and due to your lack or good information your birds will suffer. What you should be doing is stop breeding entirely until you have more knowledge. We can help you here and help you learn, but you must stop until you know more. Link to comment
